I normally do not leave any reviews however, this is definitely an exception, OMG I had to write about Kyle at Miracle Ear’s in Pleasanton. He has definitely been a great individual who has taken the time to explain every thing that is doing, and everything that is going to happen in the future. It’s not every day that you meet an individual like Kyle that takes the time to listen (I mean really listen to your concerns) and not make you feel like you’re just another number. One of the things that I will rave about Kyle is that he took the time out of his day to call me on my phone to wish me a happy birthday. Not too many medical individuals will do that nowadays may be a text may be an email if even that, but a personal phone call just make me feel so very special and important to him as a person not even a patient! So if you are looking for a place where you can hear a world of difference, this is the place that you must go to. You will not regret it. From the bottom of my heart thank you so very much Kyle for your excellent service.
