I don’t know where to start. Most businesses these days sorely lack in customer service and communication. Danville Music is not one of them. They are the friendliest and most accommodating business I’ve ever dealt with. Cameron and Lance were truly amazing to work with. If your looking for music gear, I strongly recommend them.

Danville Music advertises itself as the best guitar store in the Bay Area. Of course that's subjective, because they don't specialize in vintage or classical/flamenco instruments, but their selection of new and extremely high-end guitars certainly makes them worth a trip for those in the market for hard-to-find and custom shop instruments.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent online purchase from Danville Music via Reverb. I was a little nervous about buying my Taylor 352ce 12 string acoustic guitar without having played it first. I messaged Cameron with questions and he assured me the guitar was set up, ready to play. The guitar was shipped the same day I purchased it and it took a week to arrive in Florida. I received it in perfect condition. I had researched the Taylor 352ce for months before buying. It is sweet, just as I expected! It plays better than any of my acoustic six strings. This one has the Tobacco Burst finish, which is rare. This my first Taylor guitar and I absolutely love it! I’d give Danville Music more than 5 stars if I could. I’ll definitely buy from them again!- Ray Register
