She's very knowledgeable, personable and professional. She's a good listener and she made sure that we understood the process for surgery and after surgery. When we had questions she made sure that she called us back. This entire experience has been excellent from the front desk to the visit with Dr. Bertoni. My mom and I value and appreciate Dr. Bertoni.

She was very compassionate and very optimistic with the perfect pinch of a realist as well. Overall I felt like Dr. Bertoni treated me with the utmost compassion and respect.
