Daniel is amazing!! In this crazy housing market he helped us find a new home in our ideal neighborhood, premarket, in our budget, and we were able to put in our offer and go under contract within a week of starting our search with him.

As first time home buyers, we were worried that finding a place we loved and could afford in the bay area would take years. We had some friends who had recently bought a house with Daniel and said that he helped them find their perfect house almost immediately. With that recommendation, we started looking at homes and were thrilled when Daniel suggested we look at some premarket houses, since that could reduce the competition. Daniel really knows the ins and outs of the coastal towns and has access and connections to some amazing properties. With his knowledge of the current market on the coast and relationships with other realtors, we were able to agree on a speedy negotiation and go under contract almost immediately. It really helps having a realtor who can communicate with the sellers and help you know where you stand so you don't have to waste as much time on offers that won't get accepted.

Since we bought the house premarket, Daniel's background in construction was invaluable to help us understand and plan for the few up-keeping improvements that we needed to make before moving in. He helped us find great deals and reliable contractors for everything from landscaping and pest-proofing to carpeting and painting.

In addition, Daniel has been so kind and helpful that he is even helping to coordinate and set up for all the contractors after the close before we move in. We had a month long trip planned (since we never imagined we'd find a house so quickly), and Daniel is helping us get everything coordinated so that the house will be move in ready once we get back. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable in your new home. He won't just abandon you after the close :)

He and his wife also had great recommendations for play groups and daycare in our new neighborhood, and we are so thankful for all of their suggestions.

I can’t say enough about how amazing Daniel has been. There’s no doubt that buying a house is one of the most stressful experiences a person can ever go through. But having Daniel as our Realtor has taken away the stress and anxiety, allowing us to fully experience the joy and happiness of such a milestone.

I first reached out to him through a generic link on a home search website late at night, fully expecting I might hear from him in a few days. Daniel responded within minutes and we set up a time to meet just a couple of days later. Overall.... Daniel possesses a wealth of knowledge about construction and the home buying process and has been a tremendously strong advocate for us as we purchase our first home.
