Rich, Tasha and their team behind the scenes were fantastic! Tasha dealt with my insurance company directly and handled everything, including coordinating Enterprise car rental to pick me up to get the rental car. And as an added convenience, I was able to leave the rental car at Daland when I picked up Maggie (my Magnum). Maggie is looking better than ever! Rich even discounted the extra work that I requested which was outside of my insurance claim. I would highly recommend Daland and will definitely go back for future auto body needs. I was instructed by Esurance to take my car to this shop. The customer service given by Moises was excellent!! He is a ROCK STAR!! He showed genuine concern over all aspects of the repair process, from explaining how the repairs will be done to a car rental. I will be bringing my car here for repairs!!

Brought my car in on a Monday afternoon and got it back on Friday. They are friendly, fast and do great, guaranteed work. The shop was incredibly clean. Everything about my experience here was good, and for a older woman having to deal with a body shop, that says a lot. The best part was that my car came back looking and smelling like it was brand new! Thanks Daland!
