Staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and clean. The location is very convenient for an early morning flight out of SFO. Lost a star because the room was hot and no top sheet to sleep under. Only a comforter that was too warm. Also, without a top sheet, I hope the duvet cover is changed between each guest. The air conditioner was loud. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee in the morning.

Surpassed my expectations which rarely happens at a hotel. I had 2 rooms and one guest that had asthma. The room was spotless and had no strong odors or fragrance. They even went above and beyond by placing hepa air purifiers in our rooms which I did not request….that was shocking that they would go the extra mile for my relative with asthma. The beds were amazing, pillows great and wonderful shower. The only thing I’d love to see is full room service. Other than that, things were wonderful!!! We will be back!

Outstanding hotel, worth the expense. Spacious rooms, especially for an airport hotel. The large bathroom is particularly notable. The restaurant is also well worth visiting. The shop near the main desk is open 24h and offers various items, including espresso drinks. The airport train is literally 100m down a short hall and escalator. After two stays, I’m sold on this hotel as great for layovers or early departures.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Brand new. Perfect location right on SFO property. Designated tram stop and easy access to all terminals. Very quiet comfortable well appointed rooms. Great workout room. Amazing lobby bar and restaurant with views of the airport. I stay in 150 hotels a year, this one is easily in my top 5!!!!!

Excellent staff, facilities and very well appointed, modern rooms. This is a restful and convenient hotel, that’s great for recharging between international destinations. My room was on the top floor and overlooked the airport. There was zero air traffic noise. Credit to the designers for perfect sound insulation.
