Cycle Gear

Daniel was very helpful with getting me and my girl fitted into a set of gear for our riding classes. He was very informative and answered any questions we had. Another associate was also very helpful in fitting me into a jacket. We will be coming back here if we need anything else.

Haven’t road since I got my license and needed some gear for a course. I came in said I didn’t know much and needed help finding certain items for the class. Extremely helpful with explaining different brands and types of gear, walked me through the entire thing from helmet to pants. Great experience for someone who is new or getting back into it. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

First off let me start with the fact that cycle gear is always my first choice being that it’s an amazing store! It was my first visit to this location and the two gentlemen that were working were very helpful! I came in with what feels like a million questions and these guys had the answers to all of them. I was stuck between two helmets and got the input I needed to make my decision based off their expertise.

Also one of the employees. I can’t remember his name but had long hair. He was super helpful with problem solving trying to fit a spare helmet into my backpack and even obliged when I asked him to take a picture of me on my new bike with the new gear I just purchased. It’s the little things like this that drive customer retention! I will definitely be back to buy more gear with these guys!

Matt was very helpful. I went in on the busiest day of the year, and the staff was still attentive. Matt answered every question I had, listened to what I wanted and made recommendations, and set my gear up for me. He took the time to show me how he was installing my Bluetooth, explained the functions of my new helmet, and taught me how to care for it. I appreciated the level of customer service he provided. The staff at the checkout was equally attentive and knowledgeable.
