    I have loved CrossFit MissionBay since I started in September 2021! It has been the best exercise experience of my life. The coaches are phenomenal. They care deeply about safety and help facilitate gradual and significant improvement!

    CrossFit MissionBay allows you to work out outside without sacrificing access to equipment. Everything you need for a great CrossFit workout is available with the benefit of being outside. There's nothing better than that!

    But more than anything, the community is incredible. All the coaches and athletes are so friendly and it has been a blessing to have this community in SF.

    I strongly recommend CrossFit MissionBay and hope to see you there!

    CFMB has been fantastic! We joined during the pandemic because we didn't want to work out with masks on (and didn't need to outside) but we've stuck it out. It's nice to have an hour outside every day, and it's not too cold to continue through the winter. It's a smaller, tight knit community, so you really get to know the regulars. And the coaches are very knowledgeable and kind, at least on par with other CrossFit gyms. Highly recommend checking it out.

    Fantastic outdoor gym. CrossFit Mission Bay allows you to enjoy the fun and sometimes intense CrossFit experience entirely outdoors every day of the year.
