Country Brook Rental Condominiums

Countrybrook is home with such good surroundings and everything if near by . Even services given by management is very quick . Kids r very happy to play around . With so much space. Good parking as well. Lot of greenery . Only thing is sound of blowers every morning might irritate us for sometimes bt another thing make u realize they r doing it to keep surrounding clean that to for us. Over n all having good time here looking forward more stay here.

Has a great community and elementary school is 5 mins walk. Other schools are also easily accessible via Iron Horse Trail. Environment is peaceful and not much noise.

Staff is friendly and polite.

All employees in the leasing office are attentive and welcoming but we personally believe that Joellen is the best!! She helped with our tour on a rainy day, yet she still provided us with 5-star service. She is trustworthy and very professional. Working with her makes things much easier and smooth. We are looking forward to moving into this community.

It’s been a pleasure living at countrybrook since 2016. It’s a amazing community where the staff is committed to make it best experience for you. David, Randy, Elizabeth, Brianna & Deborah & everyone else - u are all amazing and very caring, appreciate all your help and support 🤩.

Cons - Kitchen appliances , cabinets , carpets are all very old unless u r in a upgraded unit. Due to Management policies , they will keep repairing old appliances and never replace the old ones, which is frustrating.

My fav - Lots of tall giant trees and a small artificial lake makes it very pleasant and green.

We are living in this community since 2017 & will probably settle for years to come. This place is "Home" to us. We've lived several communities in the past & can say that home is not just a nice structure inside out but a place where you feel secure, safe & welcome. From the very start management team has been excellent in customer service & they've been consistent. They will try to work with you the best they can. My encounters with the Manager- Deborah, Asst. Manager - Brianna, Leasing Agent - Elizabeth & Maintenance Manager James has been nothing less than great. They give you a feeling of assurance that they have your best interest at heart. Edward & David, the maintenance crews treats every repairs & issues with utmost care. It's very rare to have such a culture of caring people.They treat you like family not just renters in building numbers. This community is home if you want one.
