I love Lisa and her classes! As a former ballet dancer, I trust Lisa and respect her knowledge and expertise. Do you want to learn the real Pilates technique and work hard? Go to Lisa’s. The fitness that I develop in her classes is the foundation that builds my other activities — ballet and swimming. Let’s face it, as we get older it gets harder on the body to be physically active. Her classes keep my body balanced and strong so that I can continue to pursue an active, athletic lifestyle.
She always seems to come up with new and challenging workouts to keep me at the top of my game. It’s as if she can read my body and know exactly what I need each time I come in. Thank you Lisa , you are the best!

Just right where we wanted to be, by the airport. Less than 5 min drive. Back of the hotel is the airport, u can see airplane in and out with a beach!

If you want to learn classical Pilates in a friendly environment where no one is judged on age, gender, or physical abilities, this is the place to be. The studio owner is skilled in modifying the routine to accommodate each person’s physical constraints. I have been doing Pilates here for 6 plus years and can say I still thoroughly enjoy my two semi-private sessions each week.

This place is perfect for what I use it for.
When ever I fly out of SFO, I stay here the night before and they will keep my car for up to a week for free. You can leave it longer for a small additional fee per day.
The staff is friendly and you can now buy food and drink items in the lobby including some alcoholic beverages.

Barely enough room to park so check in early of possible to get a spot. Location is great and I dug the amenities the offered a soon as you walk they the lobby door. They really go out of their way to make you comfortable with offering a fairly large selection of wine and foods in an almost cafe like atmosphere. The rooms were really clean and quite comfortable. Of I could make one small critique, the clerk was a little on the cool side as if we were taking too much of her time by patroning their business. She never gave directions to our room nor the gentleman who checked in after us. But I'd not been there before so we walked around and around till we came across it. But maybe she was just really tired for the almost 8pm it was

Very good for price. Heating water cleanliness and helpful staff. I took away one star as reviews had mentioned breakfast but they no longer have it so that was a bummer. Rest all good. Nice walkway at the back.

I was surprised with the amount of stuff this motel had to offer for the price, the rooms were superbly equipped and furnished very cozily. The fridge was freezing everything up and the microwave had sticking buttons, but at least it sort of worked. I could live with the water pressure, but a shower head that you can’t adjust and that’s lower than my chest is something truly unique. Anyway, it’s better than a Motel 6 in many ways, but that shower head might be an equalizer in the race for the superior cheap motel.

This place is the BOMB! Lisa is patient, concise, and fabulously well-trained. I would not go elsewhere. Also, not everyone is a size 2, so don't be afraid if You are NOT!
