Saturday we signed up online to rent a storage space. Later that day I went down and met with Tim. He was great! The process was simple and Tim was very friendly.

It’s really a pleasant experience after we walked through a few stores. We felt welcomed with very professional services. Units are permanent storage units and very good maintained. Convenient access. Most importantly very reasonable priced, inexpensive.

I found this Storage near our Neighbour hood. The staff are very helpful. They went beyond their duty and help me with the cart. Also, they are very informative and patient and explain everything to me in details.

I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great Company for storing their belongings.

Our experience has been nothing short of amazing! Tim and the staff always are very welcoming, quick to respond, and keep the entire facility very tidy. It's an awesome feeling when you enter into the office or see them walking by, and they know your name already. The facility also always feel safe and secure. The best customer service I have seen in a long time! Tim has also been great in helping us making the best decision for the unit size we need. Would absolutely recommend Tim and StorageMart to anyone I know looking for self-storage.

I don’t usually do these but I feel like people need to know what it’s like to rent from Storage Mart. For such an unpleasant thing to have to do, the manager Trish makes it somewhat fun. She is pleasant to talk with, she makes you feel comfortable and u get a good deal. The place is clean with access to carts, bathrooms and elevators.
