At the end of the day, this business provides great service. It is a little more expensive than some other places around but you’ll quickly make it back if anything goes wrong at some point with a machine. Quick and easy refund for lost money through a quick text. In the past with other laundromats, I’ve had much worse experiences when there’s an issue with a machine. Great business in the neighborhood 👍

I have started to use the wash and fold service here recently and it has been a lifesaver for me!
Being a mom to a toddler and not having laundry in our apartment unit had become quiet a challenge, until I heard about the great service Jon and Caroline provide in our little neighborhood. Drop off and pick up within 24hrs and they even give you a 40lb laundry bag to keep and reuse ♻️ .

Best laundromat in the outer sunset!!! Today i put $11 in quarters in a broken machine, all i had to do was call/text the number out front and soon I had someone on the phone who helped me get my money back and get the machine to work! They exceeded my expectations in every way, and I tell everyone in the neighborhood to use this laundromat!

This review is specifically for their wash and fold service. Great value, super convenient and contactless. And, most importantly, they do a great job with my laundry. It's clean, well-folded, and placed in a reusable, easy-to-carry bag. The owner is very responsive via text, flexible, and just generally a nice guy.

I've used this multiple times now, and I'm very happy with the results.
