(October 1, 2019, 4:59 pm)Extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable at this location. CHME's phone system is hard to navigate or get ahold a live person. I was originally Very frustrated and it took three months to get my equipment. So at first I was ready to give up on this company. I believe the communication between my doctors office and CHME was not good. I didn't know who dropped the ball.
Now that I was able to get a hold of a representative for CHME. I have now come for an appointment and picked up my BiPAP machine at their San Leandro location.... I was treated extremely well, they went over how to use & clean my machine in a very well explained way. I have changed my original opinion of the company. Thank you to Frank !!! I am very happy and excited to use my BiPAP machine tonight.
