10/10 service highly recommend coming here. I have been wanting my lips done for months and I was struggling to find a place I could trust because I was scared of getting a botched job. Finally I was recommended Cheng plastic surgery by one of my friends. I was super nervous because this is the first time I’ve ever gotten my lips done and I was super specific with wanting a natural look. I scheduled my appointment with Teresa and from the beginning she was amazing. She was super upfront with me about everything and there were no grey areas or anything I was further questioning. When I came for my first appointment she was also super friendly and gave me such a good experience. Like I said I am a first timer and so I wanted something natural but I didn’t know how to make it fit with my face shape and the shape of my lips. I told Teresa just that and I said “do what you think looks best but make it look natural” and I got exactly what I wanted. She made me feel so comfortable during my appointment and just was spot on with everything. She took her time with my lips that way I got the exact results I wanted. She recommended that after my first appointment I wait 2 weeks for the swelling to completely go down and then come back to add more that way I could really see how my lips were going to look and I could get the results I 100% wanted. I am so glad i booked with her as well as Cheng plastic surgery because they took such good care of me as a first timer definitely recommended coming here !! I have been going here for laser hair removal treatments and Helena has made me feel so at ease about the whole process! She is kind and professional and the place is clean and welcoming. I was also pleasantly surprised that the cost of treatment was less than others in the Bay Area. Can’t recommend them enough!

I've came here before twice to see the amazing Dr Elbert Cheng. He's always been super honest and helpful. I even flew back from Colorado to come do treatment here again. Today Dr Elbert Cheng did my dysport and filler to my head and 11 lines. He was short on time and they accommodated me and had Nurse Teresa do the rest of my fillers. She was very meticulous and knew how to balance my face without making it look saggy. I love my new chin and jawline so much! Sunny helped translate and was so kind and sweet the whole time. The whole team was kind and accommodating to our travel plans as we had to fly out today. Great!!

My experience with Cheng Plastic Surgery has been great! The staff at this office are very welcoming, professional, it feels like such a positive atmosphere and the office always is cleaned and sanitized. I've booked my consultation, and first appointment with nurse Teresa for a tattoo removal and she has made me feel so comfortable with this being my first experience and has been extremely patient and knowledgeable with all the questions I have. I recommend this office if you're looking for a good professional team to take good care of you through your tattoo removal journey. They also offer plenty of other cosmetic care options in this office as well.
