Been in fellowship with this body for 26 years. Expository learning. Scripture by scripture
Pastor Joe is exceptionally clear about chapters and verses in the Bible. I am a new church-goer. I have not been to church in more than 40 years. I need things to be explained to me in layman's language. Pastor Joe does that.
This has been a great Church to me and some of the other folks there since we were young. If you ever feel the need to hear some well done Christian music and the word from the bible from a Pastor who speaks from the heart. I highly recommend you give Calvary Chapel Concord, CA a chance.
It is a very fun church and the people are very nice. Also during the summer we have White Water Rafting trips in the American River, South Fork.
