The employees were very nice & helpful. The repair was great & the metallic black paint matches perfectly. They even vacuumed out the truck that was a mess & wiped the interior down. My vehicle was repaired & returned to me better than I left it. No complaints .

They even have the complementary rental drop off so I didn’t have to worry about the drop off. They were very patient and communicative with keeping me updated and involved the entire time. Had to take my car here for a repair of my window and steering column after an attempted theft and Calibur was great to work with! Great customer service! One of my tires popped and every place I called it seemed like they could not help me with my situation at the moment. I called Caliber, Brandon answered the phone and he was very helpful made the whole process much easier on me.
He had me bring my car in when they received the replacement. I brought my car in and got the tire replaced same day. I was happy because I really need my car for work. Plus everyone was very nice and greeted me well. I'd definitely recommend this place if anyone wants great customer service and a timely repair!
