My wife is being treated at the hospital and I messed things up on covered California site and my insurance was terminated...I was in a panic called 3 places 1 seemed sketchy, 1 did not seem interested helping me out. When I called Karen she immediately gave me confidence, took control of the situation and told me not to worry and focus on my wife and she would take care of it. An hour later she fixed it all up and my insurance was restored and renewed...Thank you Karen!
