Good efficient service. My only complaint is that the company has failed to notify us that they are coming. I have asked for a phone call or text ahead of time in the past, but so far nothing has changed.

Austin was right on about what needed to be done with our ant infestation. I continue with this contract. He’s always there when he says he will be. & is very respectful in our home.

We were using a different company which was sold to Clark Pest Control. I was a bit surprised to see them but the service price had not changed and the Technician explained the service transfer. On their second service, I found that the Tech had gone beyond my expectations when he cleaned the spider webs from my outdoor wooden gazebo. The roof is rough wood panels and from experience, pretty difficult to clean. I was really pleased! He also listened when I said that we wanted to keep the good bugs and didn't want a blanket spray. He explained how he would proceed and was trained in how to dispose of the nuisance bugs. Good job!
