This review has long been overdue.
My usual Jasmine milk boba tea, with grass jelly here, has been great. Boba right texture. I almost never order grass jelly at other places but I do here. Very friendly and accommodating with my discerning tastes. I think the owner "retired" from personally making cups but his legacy lives on with the drinks. I sometimes ask for more tea for the fragrance and caffeine boost without pushback. Only reason why I don't drink here more often is due to the distance.

Best Bún mắm in Bay Area! authentic and tastes yummy! friendly staff. Clean and modern decor furniture.

The only restaurant that I would eat bun mam at as the broth is clean, but full of umami. If you’ve never had bun mam before, it’s vermicelli noodles with seafood in a fermented mud fish broth. Yes, the fermented mud fish is potent; it can devastated a person for life if not cooked properly.

Besides their delicious bun specialty - hence, the name of their restaurant, I would also recommend the coconut basil seed drink (as shown in the photo). It’s refreshing on hot days.

Those were the only two items I tried in this visit. The hubby had bun bo Hue, and he said it was delicious as well.

Loved this little gem! We ordered Banh Canh & Banh Xeo with some boba tea!! Love me some boba tea! You control the sweetness. My favorite is less sweet so it’s always a treat when I find a boba place that I can actually partake in and not go into a sugar coma. My husband always gets a sweet flavor with 100% sweetness while I get the green tea at 50% sweetness. So we’re both super happy. Def worth the stop if you can navigate the parking lot (which is huge but super nuts to get in and out of).

The best Vietnamese restaurant in the San Jose location. For the look of the restaurant was cleanness and very nice cool atmosphere. The staff are very friendliness with a great smile. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine was fresh, the soup broth was very flavor and hot. I have a great time enjoying tasting the foods, also excellent Bubbles Tea, will get you through your day! Highly recommended. Will definitely be going back and try different foods on the menu.
