Our 3 grandkids thoroughly enjoyed their experience here! It was the youngest, 5 year old first time and she was really excited throughout the whole process!

SUPER CUTE!!!!

I got Sylveon in the store and it is SO cute!!!
The employees were super nice and I heavily recommended the shop to everyone!

This is a super busy build a bear. As such some of the staff were pretty over it. Their accessories for the bears weren't that diverse, but it's still enough. Overall a cool store.

Went during the "Pay Your Age" day, and unlike other locations around the world that had to close off the line due to massive lines, this location had a short line and was still open to anyone who wanted a new little friend. The employees that day and other days I've stopped by were very helpful, even with all the people who came in and kept coming in. Plenty of options too, so if you want more plush and accessory variety, including some San Francisco exclusive items like a SF Giants bear or your own sea lion like the ones outside, this is the BaB Workshop for you!
