I am biased -- Brookview Park is a "Modular Home" park (not mobile home; these look like houses) and I worked at that place during high school and first part of college doing landscaping and maintenance work. It's a masterfully and artfully planned place full of (mostly) senior citizens. When we had to move my parents out of their big home, we looked around and ended up at Brookview. Good place to consider. Still continues to be a good place couple years down the road since my parents moved there.

A hidden gem. Fantastic grounds. Friendly neighbors. A little piece of paradise. Excellent maintenance crew.

I didn't know that this was a retirement community. I was impressed with the cleanliness and orderliness. Quite a few homes tucked away.
Appears very peaceful.
