Location is easy access to the freeways and not far from San Jose or Santa Clara for a much better rate than in those cities. It is in more of a residential area so not many restaurants or activities nearby.

(March 23, 2023, 1:43 am)Really like the layout and quality of the rooms. Bathrooms are spacious and have decent water pressure in the showers. Had to wait a while to get service at the bar, but it didn't detract from a favorable impression of the hotel overall.

(March 15, 2023, 12:04 am)Overall, we had an excellent stay. We arrived before noon, but the hotel staff let us check in early to our suite. The room was clean and modern with comfortable bed and nicely sized bathroom. Breakfast was a standard hotel affair, but complementary and overall pretty good. I definitely recommended for your next stay in the San Jose area!

(February 19, 2023, 3:15 pm)We have been to this hotel many times and this time we stayed for 3 weeks. We never had any issues till this last visit. We had to change rooms because the a/c wasn't working, there were spiders in the bathroom and bugs on our bed. They changed our room but the front desk person in the morning Johnny wasn't very nice or understand when we explained our situation after he said he already knew about it which was interesting because why ask then? He seemed like he didn't want to deal with us and just hurried and changed our room and that was it. The room we stayed in was way better no issues. But when we checked out and checked back in again the front desk person Johnny charged our debit card, not our monvoy card which caused us to have no money in our account. When we talked to Melissa the manager she took no ownership of what Johnny did but just made excuses for him. We Had to wait 5 days till we got our money back which put us in a bad situation since it was Valentines' day week. Melissa didn't try to compensate us for the inconvenience. She pretty much blamed us for the mistake. The last 2 nights there were horrible!! We had people next door to us yelling and screaming at 1 in the morning and we called the front desk. They eventually stopped but was hard to go back to sleep. The next night it happened again we had to call the front desk as well. I understand it's not the front desk or management's fault that people are rude loud and disrespectful but no apologies were given or any type of compensation again for any issues that have happened. My boyfriend wrote a letter to corporate and we are still waiting to hear back.

(January 1, 2023, 5:52 am)New hotel managed under Marriott. As usual benefits we receive under the programs. Breakfast is good. Cost is not cheap though. Overall satisfaction is above average.
