Body By Pam

I have been working out with Mourad (and Pam) for many years. When I started, doing one push up was a challenge, now I can comfortably do many more. Besides physical strength, we have been working on conditioning and flexibility. Slowly but surely my flexibility has improved and eliminated many of those old sore spots. When the COVID pandemic started, I asked Mourad if we could do our trainings by video conference. We started doing these sessions in March and it's as if we are still in the studio. It works really well and I am staying in shape. I have even gone from one session per week to three! When not sheltering in place I travel quite frequently. Now I know I can stay in shape from wherever I am.

I have been going to Body By Pam, working with Tina, my personal trainer, for almost two years, and as difficult as the workouts are, I know this is an extremely important activity for a healthy life. I assumed at the start of Shelter-In-Place (because of the COVID-19 pandemic), that I would have to wait until they reopened--and who knows when that will be--but I gave virtual training sessions a chance, and they have been wonderful. I am so happy that I decided to try it, and so thankful to Tina and BBP.
