Don't use anyone else. From start to finish a very pleasant experience. From selecting the fire place, purchase and installation everything was easy. The guys at blaze are truly professional. Install was easy (we had three fireplaces converted to gas logs). Always showed uo on time and kept us abreast of what was going on with our order and scheduling installation was a breeze. High recommended!

I have had my fireplace for a few years and love it..installation went smoothly.
Now I want to install another one in a different room..
This review was a few years ago. I no longer recommend this company. I had a problem with turning it on and called them. They have no reliable customer service. They make appointments and then do not show up without even calling to cancel. And they want your credit card number to charge you a large fee before they come out. Which I never had to pay because they never showed up.
I am looking for a better company.
