5 stars for their notary service. Friendly and efficient - I was in and out in 5 minutes. -1 star because the location is inconvenient and there's very limited street parking.

Returned several items for amazon through this branch and I can say that the guy is very quick efficient and nice. Done returning all 10 items in less than 5 minutes. The place is also tidy and well kept. All in all, a smooth return experience! Thank you!

Sean and Donald are awesome and hard working guys at this UPS Store. As a professional six-figure income online reseller, these guys know what they are doing when handling ALL of my packages AND they do it with a smile, a good attitude and with the utmost respect. This is why I continue to come and use this UPS store as opposed to the Westlake one (long lines, rude, pompous and incompetent staff – sorry, it’s what I experiences on numerous occasions – need to warn people)

For the record, anyone of you returning Amazon packages, PREPARE YOUR PACKAGES ACCORDINGLY. No need to moan about your mistake and their expensive packaging when you didn’t read the Amazon online instructions beforehand. It’s ON YOU, DULLARD – not the UPS Store staff.
