Used Best Care for my mother's in home care for over 10 years. Most of the caregivers were very loving and dependable. They would cook, walk with her, help with bathing her, and even pray with her. Best Care was very organized and quick to respond to any problems when they provided 24/7 care for my mother, which took coordinating schedules with multiple caregivers. Their caregivers were very kind and helpful.

BEST Care Provider filled in the gaps of moms routine and when we needed full time care, BEST stepped up. They worked with us and mom to minimize costs and get skilled, practical, loving help. The caregivers provided through BEST could see past moms rancor to her fear and they were so generously sweet. This was all during the Covid-19 pandemic and we were able to count on BEST to be available and healthy. BEST Care Provider was referred to me by two of my friends who had the service for their elderly mothers. Owner Michael Mejia was responsive and knowledgeable in providing our family with 24 hour care, employing two alternating caregivers. These caregivers became our reliable partners in ensuring that our mother was safe, well-attended to and fed. They worked with us to establish a routine that was comfortable for family members and our medical aides. I worked with Michael to work out scheduling changes and felt that he was making good efforts to provide competent substitutes when needed. I appreciated the care and response from the owners and the staff. We really relied on this care provider to create a safe and caring environment for our mother as we supported her in her final year of her life and health journey.

Best Care provided 24/7 support for my father at Mercy Retirement Center in Oakland for 8 1/2 months, from the summer of 2021 through March 2022, when my father passed away due to dementia and other health issues. the caregivers from Best Care were extremely competent and so caring, paying such close attention to my dad. My dad had delusional dementia and was quite difficult to deal with, but they all handled him with exceptional compassion and loving care, always treating him with dignity and honor. they were very good at contacting me f there was a problem and communicated readily with me during my frequent visits. They always kept detailed notes and records that I could depend on if I had any questions. We even included them in our video doctor visits for their observations on how my dad was doing. And the administrative staff ALWAYS responded to our calls and texts right away! And they all were heartbroken at my dad's passing, even traveling quite a distance to attend the final services for my dad. We were so impressed with them, we thanked them in Dad's obituary. Our family has had lots of experience with care giving agencies - Best Care was by far the best. I would highly recommend Best Care.
