I just returned my rental and writing this review for Beth who works here because she was phenomenal! I had rented via AAA but due to a glitch in their system, all cars showed as available at this location. It was the holiday season and it was crazy busy and they were out of cars. Beth fore-warned me about it and also arranged a car going out of her way! The ride was great and I had a very good holiday. Renting for 2 more days because I need a car and would not think twice before renting from here! Thank you Beth and thank you Hertz!

I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs. Manager Trainee Johana Guardado Was very professional, and knowledgeable when assisting me with my rental needs. I reserved a full size and Johana recommend the Tesla Model 3. I was a bit hesitant but I gave in and rented the Tesla. I’m glad I did because I absolutely loved the vehicle. I never rented or drive Tesla until then and I’m glad I had the opportunity to do so. Johana took the time to show me the overall details about the vehicle and explain everything she knew about the Tesla Model 3. The overall location was very vibrant, clean, and welcoming. The vehicle was very very clean and smelling new when it was giving to me, the guys detailing and cleaning the vehicle took pride in cleaning and detailing each vehicle before the customers check them out. I would highly recommend this location for your rental needs. I would return in the future for my rental needs as well. 10 out of 10 stars for the staff, location, and choice of cars.

Car was ready and spotless. Assistant manager friendly and courteous and did not try to upsell. The location is right on Old Bayshore a within walking distance of at least 4 major hotels if you want to avoid extra airport fees.

This location always has the lowest rate in the area. AVOID RENTING AT THE AIRPORT.

Have been renting with Hertz for a long time and happy with their service. I had a reservation of minivan at this place. They got the car ready earlier than I expected. By the time I arrived here, everything was ready to go. Can’t remember his name, but the asian guy was really friendly. Just needed to show my ID, and they gave me a walkthrough about the car. The car was sparkling clean and it’s very new (Only had 2000 miles)! Would definitely be renting here again if I’m in the area next time. Fyi, I have the President’s Circle status with Hertz.
