Grace was awesome! We were 0 for 4 on looking for a Toyota Tundra 4x4. And then our dream 2020 Cement Tundra TRD Off Road showed up at Serramonte CarMax. I never thought I'd go through with Carmax to purchase a vehicle. But honestly just how quick it takes to purchase a vehicle from them is amazing. Got approved within minutes, the vehicle is immaculate and freaking beautiful. They replaced all 4 tires. Their warranty plan is great. Was in there and got out super quick. My dad shared with the sales consultant that we were in a time crunch and they did their best to get us out of there as soon as possible.

They work with the DMV to do all your registration and paperwork. (I know another dealership that does not do your registration and license plate paperwork) . Also, they were very attentive to our concern. They made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before it was driven off the lot. Will most definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to not spend as much time in a dealership and wants to make sure their concerns are being addressed.

I entered my car details online and received an online quote. When I arrived, I was received by very friendly and professional staff who explained the process in the store. I left them a key and they inspected my vehicle and shortly thereafter, they let me know that my quote matched my online quote and that I had 1-week to decide. I was ready to sell and accepted the offer on the spot. I provided them with my title and other key along with my ID and received a check. It was a very easy process and I would highly recommend it to others looking to sell their vehicles.

Most pleasant, simplified experience to sell a car in history. Staff was all very friendly and well trained. Facility is immaculate and new. The lounge is plenty cosy and they had vending machines. Their offer for my car exceeded my expectations. Frank my initial point of contact for the appraisal was very personable and made the experience quite enjoyable. The whole team and company function as a well oiled machine. I was incredibly impressed with the process from sfart to finish. Rafael at the end was amazing. Bravo!
