Overall great experience with Bedrosians and the store- the tile (Cloe in white) is beautiful, there were no broken tiles in the boxes, good quality and one of not many tile store where you can return unopened boxes if you have some left over. After reading some negative comments (not in relation to Hayward store but overall Bedrosians customer service) I have to say my experience has been great.

I absolutely loved this store. Got our bathroom tiles from here on our contractor’s recommendation. The store was beautifully organized. Jonathan- helped me immensely in picking a tile. He let me take as many samples as I needed and answered all my questions patiently. I would say the prices are slightly expensive from what you see in floor and decor or Home Depot- but it does feel like a premium store with great selection and quality!

Excellent. I have been a customer of this store for many years. and it should be emphasize that this specific branch is my favorite, I always find what I need and with the customer service you deserve. Thank you very much for making my job easier and for always offering the products I need, in one place.

Had exactly what I needed in stock when I visited last week (I called ahead to confirm). The employees that helped me (at the front desk and in the warehouse in back) were so kind and efficient!
