    Don & Jim are Excellent. They perform honest service at rates that won't rip you off compared to a dealer or even other local independent shops that have jacked up their prices. Service is always done right & in a timely efficient manner. They are the first & only place I call for service.

    Reliable and honest mechanic. Been coming to Bay City automotive for over 5 years now for all work small or large. Please do note that they only work on Toyota (Lexus), Honda (Acura), and Nissan (Infiniti) only

    I've been bringing my Lexus here for service for more than 25 years, Jim does good work and always friendly. I trust Jim, he's the best mechanic that I know. Jim does not charge me for the little things that he does, he replaced both my hood struts and hatch back struts free of charge. I hope he's here to stay for a very long while.

    I came to Bay City for an auto prepurchase inspection. I was late for my inspection but I was accommodated without any issues. The inspection was performed with reasonable detail. I had some concerns about A/C temperature on my used car that had an accident history. They verified everything was working well in a reasonable time and for a very reasonable price. I haven't had service experience here but judging by their demeanor and attention to detail I would probably come back.
