Jennifer and Nayeli were so helpful today. Nayeli called to confirm where I was.I was running late because of going to the old Sunnyvale address. Jennifer checked in as we were leaving about the directions. The Hygienist was patient and great with my son. It’s the reason we keep coming to BAKD. The staff from the Front Office to the Hygienist and of course Drs. Metwally and Radwan are professional and kind.

My grandkids love coming to the dentist! They make it alot of fun with the movies on the ceiling and the prizes at the end. The staff are all very friendly and they work well with kids to make them feel comfortable. Thank you!

Everyone in the clinic is very friendly, the waiting room is clean and has activities to entertain waiting kids, and the receptionist explained how insurance covers my kid's procedures clearly. The dentist was also great at explaining what she was doing as she worked. I appreciate the TVs in the ceiling to distract the kids. One thing is that all the kids get seen in a common room in the back, which I didn't mind until the girl across from us started crying and saying she didn't want to be at the dentist. I don't think my kid had any idea that the dentist was scary before that.

I have been seeing two doctors here for both of my kids for four years, always very welcoming and professional. Had tried to switch to other pediatric dentist because of the appointment availability, but switched back because we definitely like here more. Great experience!

Debbie was an all-star today. My 7 year old did not want to get x-rays done AT ALL and Debbie helped her through it in a great way. Kiddo started the appointment scared and wanting to run away and was laughing and smiling by the end. My kids have been going here for years and always have a good check up. Thanks!
