Paul and his team came and did an amazing job of installing inwall oven/microwave combo. They did a clean job and very professional. They even helped moved the old unit to the place I wanted. Very pleasant experience!

One of the most professional installers I have ever experienced. The installers knew exactly how to install the builtin Miele refrigerator and freezers. They are the experts. Our kitchen was in need of an update, including a new floor. The flooring contractor told us we would need to hire someone to temporarily remove our stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. We also have a 180 lb granite tabletop and a large hutch that needed to be moved. We first tried professional movers, all of whom made it clear that they would not move appliances. After searching online we found Bay Area Appliance Installation. We contacted Paul to see if they would be able to help us out. He responded immediately, always a plus when dealing with outside contract vendors. We had to arrange for move out and move back service dates in advance because of our other unrelated commitments. Paul was very accommodating and we were able to make advance appointments. We kept in contact with him before the job start and he consistently responded immediately. Paul and his co-worker showed up on the appointed removal date and they amazed us with their professionalism and efficiency. They were done in a "jiffy". We kept in contact with Paul as our new floor and painting contractors worked over a 4 week period. He again demonstrated immediate responsiveness and made us feel comfortable that he was on top of our needs as issues came up that would affect the resetting of the appliances when they were to be reinstalled. When the reinstall date arrived Paul and his coworker showed up early and worked with the same efficiency as before. We were exceedingly happy with Bay Area Appliance Installation and recommend them highly!

BAAI was a pleasure to work with from the start. They had experience with the lesser known electrolux oven product and talked thru the many specifics of installation with me before I even hired them.

They always picked up phone for scheduling and rescheduling and for other technical questions. Paul and his colleague were on time and did a successful and attractive installation despite tight spaces for electrical and the fact that the cabinetry was not perfectly square.
