The Owner took fantastic care of my BMW E46 when it was in need of services... I recommend calling before bringing your BMW car in, unless it's a routine service (oil, filters, fluids, belts, etc). Brought my car in, and was notified when the needed parts were acquired later the same day. Next morning, the work was done and my car was ready for pick up in the afternoon. Amazing turnaround time, and very reasonable pricing for parts and labor. Definitely where I will take my BMW when it needs services, from now on

Seems like a very honest shop with great knowledge. I've taken my car in only a few times but it's only been here and the dealership (when it was still under warranty).

They do what you need without upselling. The last time I took my car in for an oil change, they gave me a list of other things that they noticed during an inspection, but didn't try to muscle me into doing any of it at that time. Some were minor and I did them myself. The other stuff I'll just keep in mind if I noticing anything - then I'll have them repair them if needed.

They are cheaper than the dealer but don't expect $24.99 Jiffy Lube oil changes. They use OEM parts so it's a great value.

Very clean place with a good waiting area. You'll also see some nice BMWs in the parking lot.

Have not visited this Jack in many years due to being away for over 12 years! Driver up was fast & girls were attentive, kind&friendly. Jack in the Box's menu always with many choices treats to choose from. This is a good calm location consdeting the time/ early afternoon....also because it is never congested compared to the Jack in the Box on the corner of Capitol and Alum Rock. Good food! After speaking with Ramon about our frustrations and concerns he was extremely understanding and apologetic. Kept us updated every step of the way during the last round of repairs. Really appreciate the level of detail and the communication which completely restored our confidence. Picked the car back up again and all is well! Thanks for getting her back up and running, I know it was a total pain in the a$$ and way more complicated than initially expected. My husband can finally drive his car again!

Good service. Not always the quickest. But definitely worth the wait considering the quality of food offered. I usually take the drive-thru and it's very helpful. Its open up to 12 AM. Huge parking lot outside of this place. Close to alum rock and peaceful.

Friendly staff and comfortable environment. I took my E90 here for pre-inspection before selling it. The service is pretty straightforward. The inspection takes a bout 1 hour and another 20-30 minuets for the paper work. Therefore, it is about 1.5 hour for the whole process. They have a clean coffee room with nice sofas if you need to wait here.
