I recently had the pleasure of living in the community apartments, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The service provided by the management team was outstanding, and the front office staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of us felt welcome and cared for.

One person who truly stood out was Johnny, the maintenance staff member. His dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service with regular house repairs and maintenance were truly commendable. Whenever I had an issue or needed assistance, Johnny was there promptly, and his expertise and attention to detail ensured that everything was fixed efficiently.

Overall, I highly recommend the community apartments for their top-notch service, friendly front office staff. Living here was a pleasure, and I'm grateful for the exceptional service I received during my time as a resident.

Excellent Living Experience at Timberleaf Apartments near Santa Clara University!

I recently completed a 2.5-year stay at Timberleaf Apartments during my time as a student at Santa Clara University, and overall, it was an excellent living experience. I want to share my thoughts and recommend Timberleaf Apartments to prospective residents.

Location:
Timberleaf Apartments is conveniently located near Santa Clara University, making it incredibly convenient for students.

Living Spaces:
The apartments at Timberleaf Apartments provided a comfortable and well-maintained living environment throughout my stay. The management and maintenance staff, particularly Jonny, were always helpful in addressing any issues promptly. However, I do wish that the gym had a few more equipment options, such as kettlebells, a barbell, or an all-in-one workout equipment, as there was limited space.

Safety and Security:
Timberleaf Apartments prioritized safety with controlled access to the building and the presence of security cameras. I always felt secure during my stay.

Responsive Management:
The management team at Timberleaf Apartments was professional and responsive. They addressed concerns and questions promptly, ensuring a positive living experience. I appreciate their smooth off-boarding process, where only cleaning and minimal painting charges were deducted from our deposit, after 2.5 years of stay.

I moved to Timberleaf over a year ago and overall am pleased with the apartment. It was an easy application and move in - especially coming from out of town. The entire process was easy and everyone was really helpful.

The apartment layout is nice and has everything I need in my home. The neighborhood is also nice. Gabrielle in the office has been wonderful. She listens to your concerns , follows up and finds solutions.

Johnny has been very helpful with maintenance. Service orders are taken care of promptly and he is always nice, respectful and happy to help.

Had the best experience working with Gabrielle and team in finding units that worked well for our needs. Super helpful and kind! Very nice community. Pet friendly. Renovated units. Smooth online and email communication.

This place is great! I first came here last year when I started my first garden. I needed a bale of hay and I really like the idea of it being organic. Everyone has been super helpful and so incredibly kind and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable and it's great that I get to geek out about everything I learned about gardening.

We have been getting our hay and grain supplies from Barlas Feed in Petaluma for almost a year. The quality of their alfalfa is superior to that of our previous supplier. The best part of Barlas is their high level of customer service. This permeates throughout the entire organization, from the people who answer the phones to the delivery personnel. Thank you, Barlas Feed.

My nine year old son and I went to pick up three chickens on 5/6/20. Dominic and Rocco were super helpful and friendly! They even took the time to be interviewed for my son's school project. Got the birds home and within six hours we already had three eggs! The next morning we had three more! It's an experience my son will remember for a long time. We drove an hour and a half to get there and an hour and a half back home. But I know that when I am in the area, I will be visiting these guys for provisions or even just to say hi! Thank you Dominic and Rocco for being so willing to accommodate us and making our experience golden!!!

Update: I'm adding an additional star because the customer service was stellar in handling my complaint of bugs on the bags. This is still my go to place for feed now!!! Fantastic price, quality and service!

Original Post: I found this place great for cost of feeds especially organic!!! However the quality of feed or maybe the way it's stored was subpar as every feed bag had bugs.
