Batir never left my side from the moment I called him for help. After explaining what happened to the company I called before him, they said there were no technicians available, yet they're 24/7. But Batir is also 24/7, and was actually available and kept in touch with me and arrived where I was in Martinez within a half hour and got the job done in 15min.

The Locksmith arrived in less than 30 minutes after I called. Once he arrived he was able to unlock my front door in less than 5 minutes. Price was good too, overall great service.

He was available on weekend (called 3 other services first but they didn’t even pick up), and came to help us very fast. Great service, and helped us out on a difficult situation of being locked out. Will definitely call him if I get locked out again.

5 star service as well as 5 star quality staff. I was Stuck with no help from own road side assistance. One call to bamboo locksmith and he was there with in 15 min . He fixed my issue , and I was back on road, on time to work in no time. Don’t waste your time with the other locksmiths. Bamboo is #1.
