He was incredibly kind and was able to fit me into his already busy day! They went above and beyond to care for my car and truly put customer care first. I have had my fair share of experiences with auto shops up and down the Peninsula and B & D ranks among the highest!

Carl is known in the area to be a very honest, decent businessman. BTW - I am female. I trust Carl to be fair. He watches out for me and will not recommend services that my vehicle doesn't need. Carl is polite, friendly and patient. Ladies, believe me. B&D Auto is a shop you can trust.
