Chris is by far the most trustworthy car salesperson I have ever known. I bought a '99 Legacy from him years ago and my son is driving it now. When I bought it he mentioned the transmission sounded like it might develop problems and if it did to let him know. When the transmission started to go out I told him and true to his word he had it replaced and all I paid for was a couple hours of labor. When the rear main seal went out in the car a 100k miles later, he recommended a mechanic and said to tell him he sold me the car. I did and he gave me a substantial discount. We've been driving this car for years and every step along the way Chris has been pointing us in the right direction. I was so disappointed a few years ago when I learned Fremont Auto World had closed. Hearing it is up and running again is awesome. My son remembers Chris from when we bought the car and anytime we had issues as the car aged he would ask if I needed to call him. He's looking to replace dad's old beater soon and I'm excited to tell him we can get his new car from Chris.
