Here's the story: I needed a locknut for a faucet. As the faucet was a European product it required the locknut to be metric. Daniel, who just about was ready to go to lunch, took the time to attempt to locate such a locknut in the plumbing section. However, nothing would fit. Daniel then remembered a storage area that is used for customers' returns, parts of which can be used for unusual requests like mine. Daniel took the time and care to search through those parts and was indeed able to locate the required locknut. Fortune was on my side thanks to Daniel's diligence. -

(June 26, 2022, 4:05 pm)I went there for some pegboard, only a single sheet, so wasn’t spending a lot. But the team was incredibly helpful and unbelievably nice! The front desk was nice and the guys in the warehouse incredible!! Finally, Jeremy helped me understand windows better, even though he usually works with contractors. He took the time to explain the best options and was very generous with his time even though I wasn't someone to sell to. Thanks to the team!! Well done and I highly recommend using Ashby whenever you can.
