Honesty and pride in his work. I've called Roberto twice. Both times his work was quick and high quality. Easy to get along with and a fun personality. I did not ask for an estimate the second time, to replace spigot and valve piping, knowing the price would be reasonable and as expected - it was. Roberto would not say he can make a repair unless he was sure it would be the right fix. You will not be disappointed.

He came by the day before gave me a fair and reasonable estimate. He installed new faucets in my kitchen, both bathrooms and a show head. He was on time. Focused, personable, professional. I would recommend Roberto any time. Integrity and customer service are important to me. He gets five stars.

We called at 3pm on a Monday about our sink being clogged in the house we just moved into a week ago and he was at our place in about 20 minutes, which is unheard of. Luckily he lives right down the street from us so we'll definitely call him again if we come across more plumbing issues (although I truly hope we don't, haha).
