I would recommend living here, for dog owners especially.

This place is close to the trail if you're active, close to lots of shops and food in downtown mountain view, and has its own dog park. It is also walking distance to Landels park which is a huge off leash space for dogs to meet and run around. It makes being a dog owner very convenient.

I've liked this community more than most communities I lived at, in that a lot of the neighbors actually know and interact with each other here. Some places where I lived, you and your neighbors hardly spoke to each other.

One thing to look out for - the walls are kinda thin and it can be noisy here. I can hear my neighbors and I know they can hear me. It is awkward at times... 🫤 That's really my only complaint.

Overall, my experience here was good.

Shout out to Allison Parsons for making move in and move out a breeze, especially for someone who needed to break their lease. I probably would have given it only 4 stars instead of 5 if not for your help during the move out process.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Eaves Creekside. The office staff (Allison and Victor) were so courteous and prompt about answering any questions that we had. The service staff (especially Mike) always had a good attitude when it came to fixing or checking up on appliances and curtains. The location and design of the community is absolutely breathtaking. Downtown and the creek (hence the name) are just a stone's throw away; Perfect for an afternoon/evening exercise and/or meal. I would highly recommend Eaves Creekside to anyone in the Santa Clara/Mountain View/Sunnyvale area.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years. It is the perfect location - close to the freeway, the train, parks, and downtown. But most importantly the employees have always taken such good care of me. The Maintenence team is no-fail, 100% of the time. And Alison, the manager in the leasing office, has always approached every need with care, sensitivity, and timeliness.
Oh - and it’s super dog friendly for my fellow dog lovers!

Across from Caltrain station and highway but not too loud. Next to great elementary school. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown. Nice amenities and great customer service. Both office and maintenance teams are super nice and efficient.

This was my second time living here. It’s a nice place to work remotely bcz you can walk downtown to the coffee shops and lunch in 10 minutes + Caltrain if you need to utilize transportation. Would love more 20 to 30 something’s here! These days it seems to be filled with outgoing introverts, which is just my style.

The staff running the show here is very friendly, Victor and Allison helped me move in asap when I was having a severe reaction to my other place. Steve has always been super great with helping me with apartment issues like my dishwasher, disposal, etc and which was greatly appreciated. Allison has also gone above and beyond for me when I send packages to an old apartment here in getting them to me, even after I had moved.

Pros:
- Good parking situation for guests
- Amazon locker
- Biking/ running paths right behind the place
- Bike lockers (don't leave them out on your porch)
- Solicitors aren't allowed to bother you at your door
- You feel very safe
- There's a cute community garden

Wishes for here that would make it perfect:
- 4 hour EV charger or two for EVs (but you can walk back from downtown while you charge at Walgreens)
- Change one of the 3 pools into a hot tub, I miss the hot tub so much from their sister property. : p
- Gym open one hr earlier
- Laundry machines used credit cards rather than cash filled cards
- Ability to reserve tennis courts on a system, only within 24 hours of wanting to play. Rarely there are conflicting groups wanting to play, but would help with alignment.
