Any Water Sports

I am so grateful for the whole friendly team at Any Water Sports for fixing my gear with zero notice before my dive trip this week. The owner, James, personally took an hour of his time to look over my regulator and SS1 to determine the cause of a leak which started after servicing it elsewhere. He was able to identify the problem efficiently, and he was kind, patient, thorough, and professional. He only charged me a minimal amount of money for a replacement part despite spending so much time with me. I especially appreciated that he took me back to the repair area so that I could see the problem clearly and make sure that it was resolved before I left. The rest of the team was equally friendly and helpful. Thanks again for being amazing!

We had a great experience shopping for snorkeling gear, the guy that attended us was incredibly nice and helpful. He took his time to show us the different kinds of equipment. I reccomend this store.

I just completed the Open Diver certification and I am eternally grateful to Kelsea, Tony and Nate for their empathy and professionalism. I am not that comfortable in the ocean and have an irrational phobia of swallowing sea water. On my first dive in the ocean, I descended and couldn't see a thing (to be fair, the visibility was horrible too). Tony held my hand for what felt like 2 minutes until I could clear my mask and settle down. Throughout the training, they all showed incredible caring towards the 10 students and on our last dive, it paid off when we saw sea lions, sea cucumbers, gorgeous schools of fish and mermaid's purse. Kudos to AWS for hiring incredible staff!

Any Water Sports is an amazing dive shop. I went here to shop my personal gears in preparation of my open water diving class next week. Lauren is the staff who helped me fit the sizes of my rental gears and my personal gears. She was super nice, professional and patient! I had my rental gears like wet suit, hood and BCD fitted very quickly and it was a smooth process. Then she helped me select my fins, boots and gloves. She explained the pros and cons of each product in details, how you might feel in the water, and many special notes that you want to pay attention to so that you don't regret on what you bought. Lauren didn't upsell anything to me. She even told me the highest end doesn't fit everyone. She also asked me to do some small testings to ensure the fit. It was much more time efficient to let her guide me than spending tons of hours in doing research, shopping online and exchange products by myself. Also, I got 10% off for my gear because I will be taking the OW class here. I didn't compare the price sold here vs online, like Amazon. Even if it's more expensive here, I definitely feel good because I am willing to pay extra dollars for the staffs' professions and my saved time.

Overall, I think all staffs in this store are very nice and professional. You can feel that even when you make a phone call to inquire your class details. I would definitely recommend this store to my fiends and I look forward to my OW class!

Any Water Sports is an amazing store, reasonably priced, super-nice and helpful employees, and they'll be with you all the way. We had to drop out of our scuba classes because of an ear infection and they happily enrolled us into a new class around one year later for a very small fee. They've been helpful & considerate in other respects too, and if i could, I'd give this store 6 stars.
