I went in for an oil change and it turns out that the last place that changed my oil, stripped the drain plug... Eric from Big O Tires in Napa, had a guy, and was able to get it done for me! It saved me a lot of stress, time, and $. I’m very thankful and super appreciative of the service I received from all the guy’s at Big O Tires in Napa Ca. 👍

I have been a long time customer. I always get a good deal; the technicians are fabulous. Eric the manager, works to ensure that assessments of vehicles are conducted to inform and educate customers of the most imperative work that needs to be done on a vehicle for safe driving and safety on the road. I could write a VERY long review of some issues I had with a prior vehicle - and after being out of work for some time, needed to get quite a few major things done on it when I got back to work and could finally afford repairs. Big O worked with me to identify the most important repairs and we worked down the list. End result: Excellent!
