Needed a space for a vehicle last minute and the San Lorenzo Extraspace storage had one available. My experience was seamless and easy. Lisa was professional, friendly and eager to help. So far so good! Great customer service.

Just got off the phone with Lisa and she was super kind, patient and helpful! She gave me options and made it fast and easy to secure my storage unit.

Great experience! We needed a storage - like yesterday, - so after complete frustration at attempting to acquire one myself, I called the 800 #, where I got in touch with the nicest and most knowledgeable customer service agent, Sherry. She quickly found for me a great unit within my budget, in just minutes! And she put me in touch with the manager of the facility there, Lisa Marie, who also proceeded to take care of any & all of my issues & concerns that day (and there were a lot!). The facility itself seems fairly new and extremely clean! They have great hours, allowing you gate access every day from 6am to 10pm, 365 days a year! And their prices are the best in the area (believe me, I checked around!). Their units r all temperature controlled and when their front gate opens, it's quite impressive (very cool gate!). I'm extremely pleased with my storage choice & with the service there. I give this Extra Space Storage (San Lorenzo) and it's Manager, Lisa Marie, FIVE STARS.

Experience at the location As a whole is probably about a three out of five stars given that every time I called my questions were responded to in a lackluster and insincere way. However, Lisa the new site manager was very helpful. Solid job Lisa.

I never really had a problem, the units are fine, the web experience was great. People have always been nice, always felt safe on the property, and they will refund you the lock charge if you ask. One big word of warning - expect a LARGE price hike after 3 months - like as high as double. What I do is just rent another unit and move my stuff, then I see my old unit back on the market for the original rate , not the new rate which 'market forces' required them to charge. So to sum up - 5 stars for the first three months, gets more 3.5 stars long term due to price hikes.

Very professional, skillful work, obviously the fruit of many years of experience. Highly recommend.

Andres is a super nice and personable guy who gave me a pretty good deal on some body damage on my 2010 TSX. It was amazing what the total from the estimate plus what he found underneath the panels came to, and he was still able to help me out. Several panels replaced, one headlight, and lots of painting done in about 10 days, which I thought was pretty fast. He spent lots of time trying to reach my somewhat difficult insurance company without complaint, and we got it resolved. I hope not to have to reach him, of course, because that would mean another collision. But if I do damage my vehicle, I will absolutely be going back to him! Thanks Andres!
