(January 26, 2023, 3:01 pm)I have used various self-storage locations in Northern California for a number of years and Ygnacio Valley Self-Storage is far and away the best I have seen. First, the manager Chris is friendly and goes out of his way to be helpful. Second, the facility is always spotless, I mean CLEAN to the nth degree. Staff is always friendly and helpful. This facility is also associated with the Central Self-Storage group. I give this place five stars and if there were any more stars in the rating, I'd give them, too.

The site is safe staff is always above and beyond helpful and extremely kind prices are most affordable this is great place to store your treasures... (September 17, 2017, 7:11 pm)I have enjoyed storing there and have been treated fairly. Chris the manager is personable to deal with and understands your needs and sizing options he told me perfectly what size I needed to fit my belongings he arranged for me to stay later than the gate lock hour to finish packing my items inside to lock up and personally came back to let me out and unlock the gate for me. I did sweep up in front of my unit the various small scraps that had fallen and the cig butts my helpers threw down. My next visit was pleasant Chris came over to my unit and offered us cold bottled water to drink as it was 104 degrees out that day. So that was thoughtful and nice of him I know he has alot of work to do on his own there.
