    Kim and her team really thank you for being so coordinative and affectionate and patiently helping rescue Skunk . Also thank you to Director of vector control services who help me cordinate with Kim. The whole team is real example of team-work and connections

    Kim, and her team did an amazing job of helping a poor skunk who got stuck in our wooden fence. The skunk was scared, hungry and tired after 15 hours or so of struggling.

    They spent a hour of attempting to use vege oil to squeeze him out, then gently cutting the poor guy out.

    This is an amazing resource for the county. Thank you so much!

    I called Vector Control about a huge.yellow jacket hive & John Sutton responded right away. He came over and fearlessly dealt with it. I'm beyond impressed. Thank you, John, for your professionalism and bravery!

    I am incredibly impressed by the service provided when I saw evidence of rats in my home and yard!
    1.the service is FREE!
    2. Someone answered the phone, clearly communicated and scheduled and appoint for a couple of days later.
    2. Sergio Mendoza came to my house and is incredibly professional and competent. He was professional dressed and wore shoe covers when asked.
    3 He spent at least an hour inspecting, explaining what was needed, identifying the type of rodents, and provided brochures to me and my neighbors on both sides of our house.

    since then we hired and outside service to fill building holes, set traps, (as we were told to do by Sergio)
    one caught. nothing since... no evidence they are back!
