Quickly my questions were answered, very informative and professional, Kindly put me through the next number.
Even called me back to set up an appointment and everything was done less than an hour...
Took my months to set this appointment up because I didn't think I was going to get answers or help. Only regret I did not call them sooner.
The two people I spoke to were kind, professional, informative, and helpful. 5 STARS! -

(May 28, 2020, 12:05 pm)Most of these reviews are from years ago so , let me update this haha, The call center answers, You just have to wake up early and not call when everybody else does that's why you have to be responsible and call when they barely open. Can not believe somebody my age is telling way older adults this smh. You also have to be demanding of what you want if you want Health agency to work with you. Overall they helped me fast and efficiently and I am very satisfied with my help that I attained.
