    I had shoulder surgery and process was easy, relative quick (Of course considering HMO and authorization time), but most of all, bills are amazingly low! I expected to go bankrupted, and I didn't believe my bills to be so low! to put it in perspective, last year I had High Deductible PPO and I paid $1500 for only one Xray of my shoulder. This year however, I had hole rotator cuff surgery, bill was $80,000 and I paid $150! Thanks Affinity!
