Action Urgent Care

I have had the most unfortunate year with Covid twice and strep throat 3 times. I work full time and I’m new to Vallejo and my job so I haven’t set up my primary care physician. Needless to say I needed urgent care. Amy runs this location and is absolutely amazing. It’s quick and painless to get in and out. Download the Kyla app before your appointment and you’ll be all good in 30- 1 hour. Monday- Friday. It’s really convenient. I’m very grateful for this little spot in the back of the Safeway.

Amy was so kind and friendly! Took my daughters and I there and it was our first time.

I was treated very well and had an excellent nurse who helped me with my sciatic nerve problem. Also the virtual doctor was very good too!

Angelica is an incredible person. She is what you would hope for at a location, because she truly cares. Extremely empathetic, friendly, and thoughtful, and anticipated my needs and questions. When my results did not come, she went out of her way to call me and ensure I would not be charged an extra fee. The service was great, doctors helping me extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and prices reasonable, given the circumstances.

From scheduling an appointment with them the last minute for a medical clearance, to showing up way too early for my appointment (and they accommodated me with NO problem)

The two RNs who assisted me (I am really embarassed that I forgot their names. I am sorry) during my appointment were really accommodating and friendly. I like how they made me feel super comfortable and how they explained how process works out even without asking. I went at the Vallejo Ca. location. I am definitely going to this location again if I need to. Thank you for your help. 😊
