I have dealt with many of these appliance repair situations over the decades and Tom was top-notch with his professional expertise, punctuality, courteousness. He fixed my microwave swiftly, after explaining the problem and various options. Was reasonable from a cost perspective also. He also fixed a loose handle on my dishwasher which he noticed while on the job.
Strongly recommended - such reliable & skilled tradesmen are hard to find in the Bay Area.
Tom was punctual and efficient. He also was kind enough to answer all of my questions and explain the inner workings of a freezer defrost system (I rather enjoy learning how things work). Highly recommended.
