I rented a house through AB for 11 years, had absolutely no problems, and got my full security deposit back. I communicated with the house owner directly about all maitenance issues, so I don't have experience on how AB handles that.
Writing this review on behalf of my mother who got to work with Erin, she was very responsive and very professional. She helped my mother a lot and continuously showed her different properties and was prompt in setting up appointments. She would show up early and was always super helpful.
Have been leasing through them for over 10 years. Nothing but good things to say about them. Took care of the "front-end" with the tenant and handled the finances well. They handled a difficult tenant eviction case and a tenant lawsuit relating to the deposit. Thanks Nancy and the rest of the staff!
